When I first started working on the Internet, I did not have a dime. There were lots of blog courses that were $189 or more, but I could not afford any of them. I could not afford hosting. I was able to buy a URL for $7.95. That was it.
Over the years, I've found blogs, gadgets, websites, tools, and a lot more that are all FREE.
Since I continue to be a real cheapskate, I still use all the FREE stuff I've found. It's taken me hundreds and hundreds of hours to find all of these things.
On this site, I will be gradually introducing you to these tools, gadgets, sites, etc., plus teaching you how to start a blog, design it, add elements to it, monetize it and market it. And all of the content here will be FREE because I want everyone, no matter where they are financially, to have an opportunity to start and build a blogging business and not have money hold them back.

Premium members will be able to cut through all the clutter on the Internet and use the tools that work - skipping all the trial and error. That alone is worth something. And the value I'm initially placing on it will be $4.95 a month for the first 500 people to sign up.
I want to offer as much for FREE as possible, but my time and expertise are worth something. If you want to watch the content gradually appear on this blog, that's fine. However, if you want to get going and get going fast, then you'll want to sign up for the Premium site.
